What is Your Time Worth?

A La Carte (Pay As You Go)

Hourly Rate for Personal Concierge Services is $45.00 per hour.

Minimum service requirement is one hour. Afterwards the rate is calculated in 15 min increments. All services include travel up to 20 miles. Over 20 miles, mileage is billed at $.56 per mile.

Keep in mind that all hours are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and cannot be transferred. If the job calls for two people, you will be charged for each “man hour.”

All Concierge Packages are pre-paid and valid for 12 months.

Our services DO NOT include the cost of any purchases or outside vendor services.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks.

The hourly fee only reflects the charge of service rendered. Any other extra charges required by client’s request (such as cost of groceries, miscellaneous expenses, etc.) will be billed directly to the client.

Payment is due upon completion of service for customers that are on hourly basis.

Credit card number will be held as a security. 

Shopping On Your Behalf

When shopping on behalf of our clients, we have three different ways to charge the purchases:

  • On the Client’s Credit Card (You may choose to provide us with a credit card so you can continue to accumulate points/miles.)
  • With Previously Granted Funds (Cash, Transfer or Reloadable Prepaid Visa/MasterCard/AMEX/PayPal Card) (The client transfers these funds to our account or to the prepaid card. Following a transaction, any remaining funds will be transferred or saved for the client’s next selected period (week/month). If the client’s funds are insufficient to make their purchase, we will ask them to replenish the amount.)
  • On our Company Credit Card (This payment option carries a 3% surcharge.)
  • Barrington Concierge subscribes to the highest personal standards of ethical conduct in any activity related to the Company’s business.

Holiday Service

Requests made on a Holiday (Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day , Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day), outside normal business hours, and emergency requests will be reviewed and accepted on a case-by-case basis. Holidays are billed at 1½ times our normal rate per hour.
