Terms and Conditions

A 24-hour notice is preferred on all requests. We will do our best to accommodate you in an emergency on a case by case basis as time allows.

Once we have established your account, you can call or email your requests. We will acknowledge your request and give you an estimate of when you can expect your request to be completed.

All pre-paid packages are good for 12 months from date of purchase. Payment is cash, check, or credit card. Checks are made payable to Barrington Concierge, Inc.

Week-end hours and holidays are billed at 1 ½ times our normal rate.

Our services DO NOT include the cost of purchases or outside vendor services.

During extreme weather conditions, services will be provided as soon as conditions allow.

We prefer a 24 hour notice to cancel requested services. If a cancellation notice is received less than 4 hours prior to the start of the service, the service will be charged at a rate of 50% of the actual rate.

Returned check fee of $35 plus any additional bank fees imposed.
